Great photos!!! There is no question that Cross Fit helps with health and body fitness. I love looking at the pictures and reading about the progress you are making. For now, that’s as involved as I can be. But I have to say, as someone who had barely heard of Cross Fit before, I am very intrigued and would definitely give it a shot some day.
